Needs Assessment & Referral Services
About This Program
New Circles conducts regular needs and assets assessments for eligible clients. and Referral System (NARS). Through a collaborative, client-centred process, we work with each person or family to identify strengths, priorities, and goals, develop a personalized settlement plan, and connect clients with appropriate community services and opportunities.
Eligible clients can receive support with:
- In-depth, one-on-one assessments
- Personalized settlement and employment action plans
- Referrals to community partners and agencies for employment, settlement, and social supports

- One-on-one support with customized settlement plans and follow-ups.
