New Circles offers mentorship to participants in our pre-employment training programs by connecting them with professionals who can share industry knowledge, guidance, and encouragement. Your experience can help a newcomer strengthen job readiness, grow confidence, and navigate the Canadian workplace with greater success.

We welcome professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are willing to dedicate time, communicate well, offer constructive feedback, and serve as positive role models. Mentors with Canadian workplace or entrepreneurial experience can play an important role in helping participants understand expectations, identify opportunities, and move toward their goals.

Entrepreneurial Workshops
New Circles understands the barriers that newcomer women face, including a lack of knowledge of small business and entrepreneurship structure in Canada. We will help you build social networks and build your business plan.
Retail & Customer Service
This program focuses on social emotional skills development, technical skills, along with home support sector and basic entrepreneurial skills.
Business Office Skills
This program combines virtual instructor-led training and hands-on or remote experience in administrative and/or customer services positions.
