About This Program

Retail and Customer Service Skills is a free 12-week program that includes a combination of virtual learning and hands-on experience in our store, where participants complete 80-hours paid work placement.

The program runs twice a year.

Requirements

  • Newcomers, primarily supporting women
  • You live or work in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario
  • Canadian Language Benchmark 5 plus

What You Will Learn

Through this program you will:

  • Develop job skills
  • Earn transferable college credits
  • Earn a certificate from Centennial College
    Build a professional network by engaging with mentors
  • Participate in Styling workshops and outfit yourself for your interviews
