Organize a Clothing Drive

New Circles operates the largest, free clothing service in Toronto. We rely on generous clothing donors like you to ensure everyone who visits New Circles can go home with the clothing they need to feel warm, healthy, and dignified.

A wonderful way to support us is through a clothing drive. Rally your community to collect gently-worn, quality clothing – it’s fun and easy!

Follow these simple steps to make your clothing drive a success.

Step 1: Launch Your Drive

Get to know what we need. Many items are season specific – winter coats, boots, and outerwear are in desperate need from September through to the Spring. Reach out to to learn more. We suggest you consider targeting your drive to specific items such as boots, winter coats, or back to school clothing.

Register your drive. Let us know the focus of your drive and choose a date to drop off your donations. Please click here to complete a registration form.

Step 2: Promote Your Drive

Posters!  You can create your own poster or ask us for one. Get in touch with us at  and we will provide a poster template for you.

Email your contacts! We recommend sending 2-3 emails to your contacts and a reminder email on the last day of drop-off.

Post it, snap it, tweet it! Show off your group’s team spirit and social awareness. Post on websites, and all your social media channels, to get the word out! Don’t forget to tag New Circles:

Step 3: Drop-off Your Donation

Bring your donations to us! Pick-up service is not typically available, except by prior arrangement for large drives. We are located at 161 Bartley Drive, near Victoria Park Avenue and O’Connor Drive. Our drop-off door is located on Hobson Avenue, right on the corner of Bartley Drive and Hobson Avenue, with plenty of free, street parking. Drop-off times are 9am to 4:45pm between Monday and Friday.

Take a photo with us! Our community members love to see the efforts of our supporters on our social media channels.

Retailer Donations

If you are a retailer, consider donating leftovers from sample sales, end-of-season stock, and slightly damaged items. When you drop off your product donations, they will be given to those who need it most.
