Retail & Customer Service Skills Program
Registration opens: January 2024
Retail and Customer Service Skills is a free 12-week program that includes a combination of virtual learning and hands-on experience in our GLOW store, where participants complete 80-hours paid work placement. At the core of this program are 2 college-level credit courses – Customer Service and Sales, Customer Service – A Modern Approach that will provide immediate job skill development and connection to a college education.
After completing the program, you will earn transferable college credits and a certificate from Centennial College.
To ensure that you look and feel your best, the New Circles’ GLOW clothing program offers access to professional clothing for all its program participants.
