New Circles Seeks Winter Wear to Clothe Thousands

With winter fast approaching, a local charity is beseeching the public for clothing donations to assist refugees. New Circles Community Services, which runs the Gently Loved Outfits to Wear or GLOW Clothing Bank, is seeking to amass enough winter wear to adequately clothe 8,000 people for the coldest months of the year. Of that number, refugees from warmer climes have a particularly acute need, said a charity spokesperson.

New Circles' GLOW clothing service is the largest clothing bank in Toronto. We help 12,000 people of all ages annually.
