When clients, volunteers and donors come to New Circles, the first face they see if often Alberto Munoz. Alberto manages the busy front desk, providing frontline reception services to New Circles’ diverse community members.

Seniors are some of the most vulnerable members of our community, often facing social isolation, mobility barriers, and other health and accessibility issues. Due to these challenges, many of our senior clients are unable to visit GLOW – so that’s where the Mobile Mall comes in!
These fun events bring racks of specially selected clothing, shoes and accessories – as well as health workshops and a chance to socialize with volunteers and neighbours – to six local Toronto Community Housing residences.
