On Thursday, July 28, I went to The Textile Museum of Canada with my classmates in the Leaders in Service Training program.
It may be the hot, hazy days of summer but 20 energetic and enthusiastic young people aged 15-18 are spending their days learning the ins and outs of retail and customer service.
