Winter is coming. Together, let's keep newcomers warm.
-------------------------------

What We Need

Thousands of refugees and newcomers arriving in Toronto this year will not have adequate clothing for the coming season. Over the next four months - the coldest of the year - we plan to help roughly 8,000 people meet their need for warm winter clothing. And we need your help to do it.

How can I help?

Organize a clothing drive, and rally your friends, family and colleagues to collect good quality, gently-used winter clothing.

Our current needs are:

  • Coats and jackets for men and women
  • Snow pants, jackets and snowsuits for boys, girls and teens
  • Boots for all ages
  • Winter accessories (including hats, gloves, mittens and scarves) for all ages

Organizing a drive is a fun, simple way to make a big impact. Drives can be run by individuals, businesses, service organizations, schools, faith groups and more. To get started, contact dyan@newcircles.ca or complete and submit the clothing drive registration form

Donations can be dropped off at New Circles any time between November 2017 and February 2018 (please note that New Circles is closed December 22 to January 2 for the holidays). Please contact us 1-2 days in advance to arrange drop-off. Individual donations of winter clothing are also gratefully accepted (see below for more details on our seasonal clothing needs).
